"This place decided to play a sick joke on me, or so it feels… I went in to make a return for shoes I purchased. I kept the shoe box inside the UPS box it was shipped in. The girl at the desk told me they’re not allowed to take boxes back. NOT SUSTAINABLE. How can you not just use the perfectly good box and/or why can’t management keep a “resuse” a box area, this isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with this at UPS btw this is a company wide policy that does absolutely nothing for the planet. So I decided to take it upon myself to leave the box tucked in a corner since this person refused to take it. And today I look outside and someone has taped the box and brought it or shipped it back to my house completely empty. Therefore using even more resources just to what… prove a Point? This is insane behavior and I don’t know if it was an accident or not but something feels extremely strange about this, dystopian, capitalist, and just disgusting.. there is really no reason why we can’t reuse a cardboard box and offer one to others who might be in need. Horrific and disturbing."

"Here’s a Christmas story for the ages - Living in LA while my daughter and her husband reside in Arizona means our holiday gifts involve a little extra magic. I admit, mailing stuff isn't my forte. And with the LA mail service not being the best (politely speaking), the struggle is real. Fast forward to a week before Christmas, my gift had been still sitting in the closet. Almost for a year. The dread of admin work had me avoiding the post office until the last possible moment. Deciding between the long line at the post office and a big drive to UPS, I opted for the latter. Mainly for the better customer experience, despite the added expense. Post office lines can be brutal, but hey, who likes admin anyway? I got everything done at UPS in Redondo Beach in 4 minutes and drove back home. But it struck me as soon as I entered our house– did I even write the right address? Knowing my track record with admin, the chances weren't too high. Checked and yep, got it wrong. My daughter had just moved to a new address. Called UPS, and guess who picks up? Austin. The man I just met at UPS. "Hey Shane, I saw you just at the store, what can I do for you?" The man remembered my face in the holiday rush. Turns out, they'd already loaded the truck. Austin, the superhero manager, said he'd have to unload but promised to call back once everything was sorted. Few hours later, a callback. New tracking number, no extra charge, and a sincere apology for the delay. Austin went above and beyond, for me just to make things right. He could have easily said it would take time. Or, charged me more. But no. I've made up my mind – UPS, with Austin at the helm, has won my loyalty forever. Sometimes, the holiday spirit comes in a brown delivery truck. Thanks Austin!!!"

"They were so helpful today with my paperwork , that I needed notarized. Also. they have been so patient when I need to send back to Amazon. Very positive workers."

Thanks (9-14-21) just want everyone around the area to know this is one of the best UPS store around here. If you don’t have access to a printer and need a label just email them and they will print it out for . Employees are friendly fast and helpful, thanks."
