"My experience with Sunbit has been extremely positive. I needed costly repairs to my car that I could not cover at the time and was told at the Bob King dealership that I could apply for Sunbit to cover it. The application process was quick and hassle free and I was approved for far more than I needed! The payments have been automatically deducted each month with no worries or concerns. My last payment was made last month. Having access to Sunbit was truly a Godsend! I have just recently applied and was approved for the Sunbit Visa Card which is another perk of Sunbit that I am ready to enjoy. Thanks Sunbit for being there and all of the services you offer. "I would give no stars if I could after recent experience 3/8/2024. I have had two loans in the past with them where what I was approved for is all that I used. I did not have to pay any difference since again what I was approved for is what I used. Just paid the down payment. This time I was using the loan for services on my car. My approval stated I was approved for $310 so I assumed that $310 was going to come off my total bill and then I would pay the difference. What I leraned was that although I was approved for $310, the down payment of $124 was part of that $310. So in reality yesterday when I ended up paying $287 and not just the $163 that I thought I would be paying. I only realized this because I saw a debit form Sunbit as well as the service dept. This prompted my inquiry to Sunbit and is how I found out the above information. I feel that Sunbit was misleading in how they conveyed the approval information. I feel that it should have been clear that in reality I was only approved for $186 and not $310 since the $124 down payment I had to make was a part of the $310. Had they been up front in explaining this I would not have done both services. Because of this, I am now short money for basic living expenses. And all the Sunbit rep could say was they understood and that I could cancel the loan. Canceling the loan will not help when the service people are going to want the entire $500 for the services. I am just sharing this because until this happened I did not realize that when they said your approved for $310 it's really only $186 since my down payment is part of the approved amount. As a single parent trying to survive this has impacted my finances in a big way. Just want to share in case anyone else is thinking about using Sunbit and potentially thinking about the approval in the way I took it. I will not be using Sunbit again. I definitely feel there could have been more empathy on the end of Sunbit when talking to them. It would have been nice if they would have tried to work with me in some way."

"Just used them and the service was awesome. I got approved for $500 and didn’t even need that much. They required I call and verify my identity. After that I was approved in minutes. I spoke to a Rep named Carolina and she was very courteous and professional. I would definitely use this service again in the future."
