"I rushed home after work to bring my daughter to urgent care, everything says they’re open til 8pm but we got there at 6:45pm and they had their doors locked with a sign that said “they’re at capacity for the day” but the entire waiting room was EMPTY!"

"I was the 2nd person in line this morning. Due to them receptionist not knowing what she was doing 10 other people were checked in before me. I asked for a supervisor who isn't coming. Do not come here if you need to see a doctor! I would give this place less than 0 stars if I could."

"We have used the urgent care many times to take our small children in for acute conditions. We've had quick service and great doctors and nurses. Our typical visit is under and hour, even when we bring in both children for care. I've never questioned the care provided and I felt the care team listened to my concerns and addressed them appropriately."

"As a part of the mission care act, veterans are eligible to seek treatment at participating clinics. The customer service her is horrible. The woman at the front was rude and cold. I explained that I was here as a part of the mission care act and she told me she didn’t care as long as they could bill. I am running a 102 temp for 3 days and visibly do t feel week. She didn’t smile once or even care that I was I’ll. If this was the customer service one of my employees showed, I would fire them on the spot. This is not how you treat people seeking healthcare. It’s sad when the VA provides better care."

"I would give this clinic a 5 star as we frequently visit here and have had the best service. However, we recently visited as my husband was extremely unwell and when it came to check in, the new receptionist was SO BLATANTLY RUDE as we tried to explain his condition, making faces at us and rolling her eyes. I have never been treated like this before at a Healtheast before. After this experience we will not be returning unless she improves her attitude and stops making fun of patients trying to check in. She also told us it was a 2-3 hour wait when there was literally one other person waiting outside to be seen at 6:30 pm (they close at 7 pm)"
