It looks like Chase branch is open Saturdays and extra 2 hours every day (9 - 5pm vs 10am - 4pm). May need to take my business to Chase. "The staff including the manager mean well, but I've had to be there 4 times so far for a business. For example, I revisited the branch after a month because I didn't receive the document that they arranged to be mailed to me. Another request was put in and by the time it reached me, the bank's policy got changed. However, my partner happened to get the same document that I needed at his first appointment. I have also made attempts to reach them by phone, and I had no luck. I can't wait to be done soon on my 5th visit."
