"I am currently at another clinic being seen for a problem that this clinic created. The best part is? I get to pay for the visit all over again! Only with healthcare can you find the ability to PAY AGAIN to fix the mistakes THEY MADE! If I had ordered at a restaurant and they brought out an incorrect order and then was charged again for them to remake it, they would go out of business. Why do we stand for this nonsense??"
"I have been to Woodbury Urgent Care three times and appreciate the kind Receptionists and Care Providers. If you check in online earlier in the morning you can save a spot with time to arrive. I have only had to wait ten minutes using the save a spot. If you are not able to do that, you may need to wait. That is what urgent care is. It is not a scheduled appointment so of course you need to wait in the line of people ahead of you."
"Turns out they just close the Urgent Care whenever they feel like it. 1 star wouldn’t recommend anyone wasting time trying to go here."
