After the exam, I was met by a coordination specialist in a private office who scheduled a follow up appointment. And I received the results of my exam tests within 24 hours with a personal phone call from the doctor. Best care I can remember from start to finish."

"Although the employees were friendly, I asked for the cost of a counseling appointment up front, saying I don’t think my insurance covers mental health, and was told an appointment charge appeared to be $0. I didn’t know about good-faith estimates at the time, but basically that’s what I was asking for. However I was sent a bill (on a holiday no less) for about $250. I did not even get any support worth speaking of from the counselor since it wasn’t a good fit. There is no reliable way to know the cost up front. I can no longer trust this establishment to be transparent about costs; I recommend look elsewhere unless you are an expert in what your insurance covers and get any good faith estimates in writing."
