"First of all, the place reeks!! I've raised and rescued animals for over 40 years, I've been in and worked with many vets over the years, and never smelled an office as disgusting as this one! They are rude, condescending and "assume" things without ever talking to you. Very unprofessional and horrible ethics. I wouldn't recommend this place if they were the last vet on earth!"

"We had an emergency with our dog in the middle of the night. I understand that no one answered but I left a message saying my dog was dying and the following day they never even called me back. My dog died that night. Maybe they have an explanation but I was very upset that they didn't even call back and check if help was needed."
