"This company needs to improve their customer service skills. I am caretaker for my grandfather who has a heart condition. He has flown on reach before many years ago and was charged over $30,000.00 for a flight to Santa Rosa from Lake County. Ridiculously high it shouldn't cost that much. Where I live they are the only game in town to fly you out so you're stuck. Because of the outrageous astronomical cost of the flight we opted to get their insurance plan and have renewed for years. Never had to use it thank goodness. Fast forward to now. Insurance is due and we are not renewing. First came the emails, the reminders that your coverage is lapsing. Then the renewal notices by mail. Next came the phone calls, from a Ashley, leaving messages to call and renew. Didn't return them as we weren't renewing. Then the other day I get ANOTHER phone call from this Ashley about renewing. This time I picked up the phone. The conversation was not pleasant. First I kindly declined her offer, she reminded me of the costs if I don't renew. I said again that we were no longer interested. She did not take my reply lightly, getting impatient and once again started in about the importance of renewing. This pissed me off. I finally told her that my grandfather is now on Medicare, that we checked with Medicare, and since we live in a rural area, they would cover the cost under plan B at 80% as long as it was for a definate emergency deemed by a physician. The other 20% is covered by the supplemental plan, so thus no cost. We are no longer interested. This Ashley then torted "fine, I will cancel the account then" and I said fine and hung up. Rude woman lost a sale poor baby get over it. Rude she was. However, the staff that flew him out were professionals and treated him wonderfully . I would rate 5 stars, but because of their outrageous costs and rudeness from their office staff, I'm dropping this down to 3 stars. I don't know if this Ashley works in the Lakeport Office, but still it is the same company so my review went here."
