"I am so fed up with this bank. I attempted to have a court ordered checked drawned from my own account. The teller refused to comply with the court order and brought her supervisor in to back her up. I explained that I have been able to do this for over 20 years and the supervisor claimed that I was mistaken as she has been there for five years and they would not ever been able to complete this transaction and I would have to have the court deal with their legal department. Both ladies were rude and refused to even open my account to verify that I have been able to have this transaction completed for over 20 years. exactly like I was attempting to do today. I am going to have my attorney deal with this bank and hopefully be able to close all my accounts there before my next accounting. Three days after I submitted this review the banks executive manager contacted me and apologized for the rude way I was treated and that he would handle my court order himself. I met with him today and he took care of everything including assuring me that the rude behavior from the supervisor would be dealt with. I am totally satisfied now and appreciate the professional manner in which the manager dealt with this transaction. I will not close my accounts now and hope I don't have to deal with the rude supervisor in the future."
