"I reserved a 20 ton log splitter on Fri. for pickup on Monday morning....I pulled up and the equipment guy hooked it up to my truck before I could even get out of my truck. A quick run through of controls and off I went! Return was just as seamless! Absolutely a great experience, equipment never failed and service was extraordinary!! Thank you very much!"
"they were very friendly, and honest. found my American Express card that I left in the truck and contacted me. one slight issue.. Make sure you take a picture of the mileage and the gas level. Before you move the truck. I made the mistake of not doing that. So it said I had a full tank when I left. But that was not true so I filled up. The gas tank for about $30 more than I needed to. And they did not refund my money. They were able to verify the miles that I drove and realized. I could not have used that much fuel. But still very disappointing that I overpaid and no refund was granted"

"Not satisfied at all. The guys who set it up were nice but the owner was completely rude. I was also told a 20x50 tent would be plenty of room for 180 chairs. We didn't even get to put 20 chairs out bc it was so crammed. Would not reccommend."
