"I love dealing with the staff at the Cambria, California branch. They are very helpful and go out of their way to assist with any issues. I also called their main customer service line and was helped out by a very helpful young lady. They have my vote for best bank in the state."

"If you want to break a large bill (or even a small one), you're out of luck unless you open an account. I've never seen such a thing from a US based bank. This local bank has few branches and it makes non sense to open an account to get some smaller bills so that I can shop here in town."

"This bank has been going downhill . With the conversion and the loss of Stephanie George it is hard to get any banking done. Stephanie knew the community, each member of the bank, and their individual needs. I could walk in the door and know that Stephanie would be able to help and get the job done no matter how unusual the request. I enjoyed banking there because of the truly personal, small town feel. Now I am unable to accomplish the simplest banking without jumping through hoops. Our small town bank is gone. If you like dealing with bureaucracy then this is the bank for you!"
