"I called this morning to request an additional document. Sharon Priddle had faxed me one last night, at the request of someone else, but I needed another page to go with it. She was rude from the moment she answered the phone. Her answers were short and her tone was condescending. I couldn't believe it, since this was my first time ever speaking with her. "World Class" is not at all what I would call this service. She told me the information I needed was on the cover page, and didn't believe me when I tried to explain that it wasn't. The only writing on the cover page said, "Any questions are gladly answered. Thank you, Sharon Priddle". With so many insurance options out there, I suggest you choose a company other than this one, yikes!"
