"The most horrible experience ever. After waiting 45 minutes in the line, and another 45 minutes waiting to talk to a banker nobody was able to help me. I finally got everything figured out when in again the next day they knew who I was, and told me I needed an appointment and then take another 4 days in order to get that. Travel 45 minutes away to go to another Branch still the same response, they couldn't help me unless I had an appointment and he was leaving for the day. Travel to the third branch they were able to help me no problem and took less than 10 minutes. Some people have urgent situations and need to talk to a banker and don't have time for making an appointment that's 3 days away"

"Went to open a savings account. After standing in line for half an hour, I finally made it to the front and was told "We don't do that here. You have to do it online." Pretty much told me they don't want to help me. I actually want to talk to someone and ask questions about the different savings accounts but I guess I can always do that...at another bank. Edit: Asking for someone's full info in a comment sounds kind of scam-y. Also, there is no more info to report. I stood in line and got turned away when asking to open a savings account. That's the short and long of it. I'm obviously posting this on a specific location so it's not like I could be talking about anywhere else."

"Here we are once again 14 people in line, it’s the end of month and only 2 tellers open REALLY Wells Fargo!!! Update: Things have only gotten worse at this branch! Long lines are ALWAYS the case here with minimal number of employees and those that are present work as if they have no sense of urgency or respect for their customers time! Are they working or shooting the breeze?? who knows But optics is everything!! Previous review: Staff are courteous but they always have ridiculous long lines. Maybe understaffed"
