"I never write bad reviews. I don’t think it’s fair to judge a place based off a single employee but I’m very frustrated and I want this to be made aware. I received a call while waiting for my employee to show from a firefighter letting me know she was in a serious accident. While in shock I forgot to write down the name of the hospital they took her to. I called here to ask and the gentleman in The emergency department asked who I was . After I mentioned boss and friend, he said he couldn’t verify who I was over the phone so he couldn’t tell me.. I have every right to find out where she is and didn’t have any problems at either of the other hospitals I contacted. This girl doesn’t have family here and deserved someone to be there with her. Fortunately I found her at a different hospital where she had support."

"Was in the ER a couple times. Not what I want to do. Was in so much pain couldn't describe everything I did to get the pain. They didn't like that. I was there another time because I felt faint. After testing someone came in and told me I was fine and to go see my neurologist or therapist. I was sick for 2 weeks and went to my Dr instead of going to the ER because of what happened but the Dr. Sent me to the ER. One time the ER Dr started making fun of my neurologist and I was wondering what was wrong with him. So I thought he wanted me to laugh so I did and he stopped making fun of my neurologist and said because I laughed I was not sick and left the room. Last time I was in there I heard the dr's talking about how I and another person who be leaving soon because we were just getting fluid and they were comparing us with someone who they stitched up because a coyote bit him in the face. I decided to find a better ER even though it's farther away."

"I had 4 great practitioners but the last one was garbage. I mean scraping the bottom of the barrel so hard you broke through and pulled up dirt. Avoid Dr. Ganu."

"Your typical VA hospital. And if you need to go to the pharmacy, pack a lunch."

"Impossible to reach registration cannot get an appointment for my husband. We have call logs to show we called endlessly. We get hung up and everything. This place use to be good but it has gone down hill."
