"I must comment on all the bad reviews. This is an owner operated usually one person operation. As a business owner I recognize how hard to answer phones, do repairs, work the sales floor and answer questions. Sometimes you must handle what is right before you then get to other things later. My photos depict the outside of the business so you can find it a little easier but chose not to use inside photos out of respect of security and those that are afraid of their perceived scary product. Hehe I have been a customer for over 4 years now. I have been in the shop several times and ALWAYS been treated with over the top exceptional service and care. For a smaller business he does his best to keep a good stock of items. I have seen him treat me as his most important customer because he is actively helping me but at the same time, when my service is a bit lengthily he asks me if I mind if he helps another most important customer because they also needed service. Anyhow, I always love the service here and can’t see me going anywhere else even though I live a distance from this store. It is worth the trip for a business that has the skills, customer service and care for all customers alike."
