Wells Fargo Bank

"I opened a Wells Fargo account last week, and although Gabriela was awesome. Today, I went in to make a deposit, and the teller, Mayra, was very snoby and sarcastic. I don't think I'll stay with Wells Fargo much longer."

It has been the worst treatment that Mrs. Susana has given me, she should not work there with that attitude and bad character. "This location is the worst. I have been a customer for 20 plus years. Every time I go to this location the staff is so unhelpful and beyond rude! Because of them today, I am ready to go do business elsewhere. Just tried to simply change my name and was told to come back at 9 am tomorrow I said I can't do that because I will be at work is there another time after 230. The girl whose a teller tells me no that's the only time and if I don't like it there are other banks. I am seriously considering looking into another bank as in away from Wells Fargo."
