"Extremely disappointed walking into this so called Nike store. Maybe I just had high expectations from walking into the Nike stores in Los Angeles, Santa Monica, and Ontario Mills? I don’t know but it doesn’t feel welcoming at all. Walked in and didn’t get greeted, the few employees that they do have are just standing around looking at the ceiling. I thought the purpose of a Well Collective Nike store was to have a one-on-one experience but I guess I was wrong. If you want to have a pleasant experience just go across to Lululemon. I walked into Lululemon right after leaving this nike store and was greeted right away by 3 employees and asked if I needed any assistance. Unfortunately I don’t see this store lasting with the employees that they have."
