BANNED Skate Shop

"Ordered goods for 75 USD + 50 USD 3 day express shipping in the online shop. That was almost three weeks ago. A DHL representative confirms a shipping label was created and they wait for the actual goods. So does their own online shop. So does the DHL tracking chatbot. Problem is: banned skate shop claims the goods are shipped and that DHL must be the problem. It's a challenge to reach somebody there (e-mail, instagram, chat, ...). First I thought this must be a scam. But then why create the DHL express label (50 USD) and not just keep that money too? I guess it's just a matter of professionalism / industriousness. It still cost me 125 USD, no matter if this is a conscious scam or just a little bit of chaos on the side of this shop."

"I made an online order (#7743) on 21 June and till now the shipping status have remained the same. I called DHL and was told that it wasn’t even picked up. I emailed and left messages on their socials but have not gotten a single reply. Hell, I even called the shop and spoke to an employee by the name of Charles twice. It seems that you have no intention of honoring my order. I don’t think they are a scam but they definitely have a serious customer service and order fullfillment issue. Very disappointing :("

"Please, do not waste your time and order from this shop right now. It has been almost 3 weeks since I placed an order and nothing was process properly. I recieved a confirmation email but the item was never shipped. There is an option to pay more for faster shipping, but I am realizing it is a waste of money at the moment since they aren't fulfilling any orders. I have emailed them 3 times now in the past handful of days but have yet to hear back. The phone number on their website is fake. It always says it is "busy". Do not give this website any of your money. You will be ripped off and not contacted. You have been warned."

"I purchased around $100 from the online store, payed $10 for 3 day shipping. It has now been over a month, 6 emails, 5 phone calls (with no answer), 2 voice mails and I haven’t heard a word from this shop still! I’m just happy I paid using PayPal so I can cancel my order and get my money back. The physical store might have a lot of positive reviews, but I highly recommend you save yourself the hassle and go with another store for your online shopping."
