"Sent in original docs for dads life insurance and we still don't have it and we have had no updates. I am the one who has made several calls and gotten many excuses. Dad paid $17,000 over the life of the policy for a mere $5,000 we can't seem to get them to issue. They tried to pressure (strongly encourage) us to change moms long term policy to a life. Why? We can't even get them to do their job and send dads life insurance check. It has NOT been a plesant experience."
