"I have been coming to this bank since it was part of Washington Mutual. For some reason the people in this branch have consistently been very friendly and efficient. Anytime I have something unusual that I don't know how to deal with, I always get useful and helpful advice. Other than some constraints that the corporation forces on them, they will do whatever is good for their customers."

"BAD SERVICE, nobody welcomes you when you come. I signed my name on the wait list, one of their staff came and removed the paper sheet without asking anything, the sheet was new, only 2 names on it. Those employees walked around and talking, no matter I was sitting there waiting with 2 kids and no other customers there, i came at 9:45 AM and they open at 9 AM. Chase is always bad service, never come back."

"The two women that were working dealing with non-regular transactions did not seem to even want to work there: In the span of three minutes, the one woman in whose office I was sitting, took two personal callas (very important) and, after all that, did not even want to help me with my transaction. I had a cashiers' check to pay the balance on my auto loan which had a larger balance than what I owed in the loan. I did not need cash back, knowing that the bank would refund the difference as the transaction got completed; all I wanted was to make the payment. She told me, in no uncertain terms, that wanting to make a larger payment that was owed was a) suspicious, b)illegal, c) unheard of. Her name is Thui Do, a worthless Chase employee who did not even want to ask as to whether what I was intending to do was correct or not. I drove to a neighborhood Chase office and a young man took care of me with the respect a human being deserves. Thui Do did not eve treat me as a human being. All this woman needed was a bit of humility and acceptance of her knowledge limitations; she could have asked someone how to handle the transaction, instead, she was rude, crude, and aggressive. I asked her to consult with someone else and she told me she was the one with the most knowledge and experience and that if she did not know any other employee would know less. Talk about being full of yourself!"

"I have never had a bad experience at this bank in all the years I've been coming here. Staff is always willing to go above and beyond to help you out and I can only remember one time when the 24 hour atm wasn't working. I also like that you need your card to get into the atm and its not just out on the street. Makes me feel a little bit safer going to the atm at night"
