"Upland campus store Worst tennis racket stringing service : I normally don’t give low rating for the services as it hurts the business. However this happened to me with tennis stringing department for THIRD time. Normally, they give 1-2 weeks lead time, then after 2 weeks it takes another 2 weeks to get the racket back. The reason is always that the tennis stringing person went on sick leave/ vacation for a week and hence the delay. This happened to me there for all the three rackets that i restrung with them within 3 months time. Additionally the same was the case with the 4 other friends who gave their rackets for restringing. 2 of us got our rackets back and got it strung at other place. The mgmt at this location should take a note of this pattern of service delivery failure, if they would like to continue with this service."

"Staff are extremely helpful and nice. My family and I have come here in specific on multiple occasions to just buy shoes as opposed to going to the mall or a shoe store. I haven’t bought any sports or exercise related products here but based alone on what I do know. Recommend coming here for any of your clothing and or sporting goods."

"I came in today to get 2 pairs of shoes for my grandchildren for Christmas. The gentleman who help us was Landon. Absolutely pleasant young man. I had to order 1 pair online and the other I was able to purchase at the store. Landon was such a great help. Not to mention it was Christmas time and and the store was crazy busy. "I had a pretty pleasant experience for my 1st time here. I needed a sleeping bag and I was shopping last min. I'll update it later on my opinions on that product. I found one for about $30. it looks comfy. I also got a nice adidas sweater off the clearance rack for $17. that's low. I will probably be back. the staff was really nice too!"
