"I received a quote from this location and called back a couple weeks later to proceed. They lost the quote and quoted me a higher price. They originally told me they could pick up my items. Then they told me another day that it had to fit in a small SUV. Called another time and they said they don't pick up at all. I emailed them saying all this and they never responded."
