"This has been a business to utilize for all your printing and office needs for years in Scotts Valley. Now they refuse to do any printing and are charging 10.00 for one copy now. Apparently they do not mind losing loyal local customers. The business was empty and rightfully so with that attitude they will soon close down. I suggest the Postal Annex and or UPS as they are reasonable prices for copies and paperwork needs. Postal Annex is owned by a local family and has reasonable prices and are very kind people to help every customer as best they can. Business with Pleasure had no interest in doing printing or copies today and they lost a loyal customer."

"Recently had a few bad experiences with them, I would not recommend as they will likely waste your time. Prints were low quality and were likely printed in the an incorrect color space (or I wasn't made aware of their printing color space so there was a mismatch possibly), 2 of 2 laminated sheets were warped when I picked them up, and the employees miscounted the number of things I was purchasing. Their response was "well do you want them still?". Not exactly a professional response. I'm going to use another print shop that's professional, don't waste your time."
