"I had to get fingerprints taken for an official matter. There was an older man at the fingerprint station and he didn’t inform me that he would be touching my hand for fingerprinting and there was no consent. When I refused him touching my hand and said I’ll do it myself, he started complaining and being rude. He started saying “she’s wasting my time”. Also he refused to properly give instructions when I said I’ll do the fingerprints myself. The guy on the counter came twice to ask the older guy to guide but he kept getting angry and passing remarks. Wouldn’t recommend any one to go there and get yelled at by the older man just because you won’t let him touch your hand. Furthermore, the facility is disorganized and messy looking. I have video recordings of the full encounter in case anyone wants me to post it."

"Update: she threw his DEBIT CARD at him, not the fingerprints card. And there was no communication issue. I was literally the one speaking to the lady so the fact that she’s saying that I didn’t speak English is disgusting. We both spoke English. They never take the blame, it’s always the costumer. And I didn’t take the fedex envelope because I already had mine. Absolutely appalling. You are very nasty people. The lady that “helped” us was absolutely RUDE and I will go as far as saying that she’s racist to Hispanics so if you’re Hispanic DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. She was being normal to other clients but suddenly lost her patience when it came to the only Hispanic client at the store. When it was time to give the person I was accompanying his card back, she threw it at him on the counter when she could’ve handed it to him. I’m glad other customers noticed how horrible she was being and called her “mean” I’m appalled, disgusted and will definitely NOT be coming back."
