"Had a great run for quite a few years. What I've learned is - there's no personal banking relationship here. They do most services well but the second you try to withdraw and deposit hard cash - they label you a criminal and cite the Banking Secrecy Act. A lot of good this banking relationship did...I even offered banking history reports and my tax returns, my goodness. At the end of it, "we do not feel comfortable". You are a friggin bank, are you not? If not X amount, what amount would be "comfortable". The answer there was - we do not know, it's an arbitrary $ amount that is decided based upon how we feel."
"The most horrible bank keep rejecting my checks I have to go to writers bank more than three times. Because they keep rejecting because they have no money to cash them"
"I don't know about the whole bank, but this location is a disaster: their customer service is none existent up to insult and insinuation. They resort to bogus claims why they are horrid at their job. Just horrid! I would not let this location manger - manage a lemonade stand; never mind a bank. Disaster artists."
"Did not patronize the bank. you must go through the first floor of the bank to go upstairs to any other local business. Nice building w/8 floors! Parking is in the back, must Ride Slow 2 not pass location...."
"I went here today to cash a check and the customer service was terrible. The teller didn't even acknowledge me when I sat down. I gave her my check and she immediately called my job and she told them the signature didn't match. She didn't even tell me what she was doing. After my employer verified the check she didn't apologize or anything. I will never go back there."
