"Had the pleasure of having Evelyn help me with my return and she was simply amazing!! I’ve never experienced a UPS worker who was as kind, pleasant and wanted to connect with her customers as her. She is super efficient at her job but at the same time very personable and makes her customers feel special and valued. That’s really hard to do in such a quick transaction but she does it. I hope I have the pleasure of being helped by her again. This location is out of my way but this is the only location I will go to now. Thank you for your kindness and help Evelyn!"

When I inquired about the required documentation for international shipping, she was dismissive and interruptive. As a result, I took my package to a different store where they provided excellent assistance. It's best to avoid this location to prevent having a negative experience.
