"The manager at Keypoint Brokaw branch, Mrs. Lymon, is a control freak. She constantly reduces the amount of your own funds that you can withdraw in a day. Best to go elsewhere. Tried to rate this Brokaw branch to ZERO, but was unable to. It does not deserve one star. The clerk's at Brokaw branch ask personal questions like what are you doing with monies you are withdrawing. Very nosy personnel. This branch manager does not keep her word when requesting that a large amount of funds be available. She did not have funds ready as requested. Not enough staff, only one clerk available. Long wait time. Avoid this Brokaw branch."
