"My family went there today for a notary. There was an employee named Ms.Bell ( may not be the the exact name). She was so rude with them, my mom was shocked and even started crying when came back home. She made fun of her not speaking english. Never heard or seen such a pathetic behaviour by an employee. They are there for customer service, but she might be thinking she is the majority share holder of UPS. Really disappointed with the customer service. Looking forward to send miltiple emials to higher authorities as well."

"Just walked out of the UPS store in Orinda and the two girls were so rude. They saw me carrying a large box in, never offered to help, and started laughing at me, because I was having such a difficult time, keeping the door opened and bringing the box in. Not sure what happened here but the employees before were so kind and helpful. I will make sure to drive all the way to Moraga from now on."
