"I recently had a disappointing encounter with UPS customer service, specifically with an assistant manager who exhibited extremely rude behavior. Not only was she loud and abrasive, but she also failed to listen to my concerns as a customer. Despite attempting to explain my issue calmly and clearly, she continuously talked over me and seemed disinterested in finding a solution. This experience left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. UPS needs to address their customer service training to ensure that all staff, especially those in managerial roles, prioritize listening to and respecting the concerns of customers. I will definitely boycott this specific store from now on with such arrogant people!!"

"Robert the manager is an asset to this company. I struggled with the automated system to file a claim. As many times I called the corporate UPS number just to wait for a call back from a claims agent and not get service. Robert the store manager worked diligently to get a refund for my damaged package. He fought even to make sure I got the exact value for my item. This man needs a promotion, I am sure customer service is difficult to provide in such a busy and demanding profession. Yet, Robert made sure to follow up and make mail whenever I was busy. Thank you Robert you truly made my experience valued. :)"
