They seem to be on time delivering much more often than the other main company. Sometimes there's a line but if you avoid going between 4:00-5:00pm it's great! Usually the people that help are friendly and professional and the ones that aren't, never last long. You can get pretty much anything you need for shipping but I get my shipping supplies before I go to save money. They will also pack your items if you want, at a charge."
