Costco Pharmacy

"I love the convenience of this location and the cost savings I get vs Walgreens. However, I will likely move my prescriptions. Nancy always tends to be the cashier to check me out when I go and get my prescriptions. This is probably my 10th encounter with her and NONE of those visits have been pleasant. Every time I head to commuter with nothing but mutual respect and she’s throwing things around, pissed off, and just incredibly RUDE. Honestly, not sure how she still has a job in the pharmacy, with her attitude she would be a better fit in the deli prepping food where she’s not interacting with customers. I wasn’t even done checking out yesterday when she was worried about the next person in line who appeared to be a return customer from earlier as she was yelled out “what do you need now?!” All while I was still checking out. She is not compassionate, she doesn’t care for the customers and doesn’t value very basic customer service."

"Zero stars for my experience. Called 2 times through the week to confirm they would have my meds in stock in Friday. Everytime they said yes, now it's Friday and they can't fill my script. No stock"

"This one star rating reflects the actions of one person at the pharmacy, not the entirety of the pharmacy. The main male pharmacist was very nice and helpful, but they have a cashier working at the pharmacy who has made me want to switch pharmacies. I went to pick up a prescription and the cashier asked for my name and birth date etc. she then proceeded to say extremely loudly so everyone in the surrounding aisles could hear what the prescription was and said it in a very condescending tone. After stating she didn’t have my prescription ( with the name of it, again, very loudly) she asked if it could possibly be another prescription name which she also said condescendingly and very loudly. This has HIPPA violation written all over it. If you are going to be a cashier in a pharmacy, you need to respect people’s right to privacy and you need to keep your judgements to yourself. I would assume even a cashier at the pharmacy should receive basic medical privacy training.. A colleague of mine when I told her what happened mentioned this older lady cashier had actually been the driving force behind her leaving Costco pharmacy as she did the same thing to her and pushed her to the point of tears. Why is this older woman allowed to continue??? I will say the gentleman pharmacist asked me by the window for more information and noticed I was flustered and uncomfortable after my interaction with the older cashier and tried to offer an explanation of next steps I could take for working with my doctor."
