"Very good customer service from Karina & Audri on 7/13. I came in looking for to be seen with a banker, there. They were all booked back to back and luckily they both ladies worked with one another to double check to see if there was room in between appointments as it was urgent I be seen. They both have excellent customer service, went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Ms. Doris was my banker, very welcoming, funny, and friendly banker whom educated me on a few things as well. Her and Ryan both contributed to assisting me and overall I have a great experience from the staff here. Thanks"

"I have always had a great experience at this bank. All the tellers are so helpful and knowledgeable. Also, I made an appointment one time to add my husband to my accounts and the representative was very knowledgeable and explained everything very carefully and slowly for me. I love this bank!"

"I went there for adding my name to my husband s’ joint account. First time , we drove there in a very heavy rain. They told me my driver’s license is not good enough to be an ID, they need my passport. As a matter of fact, it didn’t indicate on the website. OK, as a foreigner, I take it. Then I ask the staff, do I need to do any other preparation next time? He said no. The second time, My husband arrive there at 4:30, half an hour before they closing. I was rush there at 4:40. The manager said he can not help us because there is no staff help us and they need 40 mins to just add a name on an existing account. They should have tell us before we come the second time, and they don’t even feel any sorry for waste two of our working time twice. A manager in chase bank is just standing there for doing nothing? So bad service. So unprofessional. Disappoint. They are very discriminate me as not being a citizen. I will take my money out to another better bank."
