"This bank is no nonsense. I went there on Saturday for some clerical work without any appointment. The lady in charge was very professional with a smile. I have my case done in no time. Her dedication to the customer is a plus. The teller inside are very professional and well manner and always eager to help. The Bank is tidy and neat. The Bank is not crowded and I have my needs done less then 20 minutes. I give a 5 stars because of their profession ism and customer care. Thank You Fremont Bank."

"Absolutely the worst. I live just down the street and stopped in because someone had recently paid me with hundred dollar bills. I asked if they would mind exchanging them for 20’s since as we all know no one will take them anymore. The teller said sure and had the bills in her hand while asking if I had an account. Once she found out I don’t have an account, she handed them back and said she couldn’t help me. I spoke with the manager on the way out and he still held firm. Seriously?! So I walked down the street to Chase and they were happy to help. As I mentioned above I’m in the community that this bank “services” and I will never recommend them."
