"UPS is a joke. The partnership they have with USPS is a joke. We set a package and the UPS staff recommended sending USPS. The package is now lost, UPS is not taking responsibly and USPS is saying they never got it from UPS. When I called UPS, they said USPS has been experiencing delays and this is common. THAN WHY WOULD YOU RECOMMEND USPS WHEN WE ASKED BEST ROUTE TO SEND THE PACKAGE!?!?!?! This location is awful and manager was not helpful either. Two failing companies one massive let down. I would highly recommend Fedex over UPS"

"Every time DJ is there for the last two years, things go smoothly and fast. She's calm, knowledgeable and super helpful. Yesterday, I went back for an error on the notary side, she contacted her boss who gave her full authority to correct the error. She went above and beyond in re-notarizing a document, shipping two ways with cardboard envelops all for free. I'd greatly recommend this location any time."
