Hayat Pharmacy - Cudahy

"This may sound odd starting off a 5 star review this way, however, I've almost stopped using Hayat Pharmacy in Cudahy multiple times. Especially, when they have fill-in pharmacists. When a fill-in pharmacist is working, you can tell that the communication and customer service goes out the window. (I will avoid using names) But that said, their current full time pharmacist at this location,(as of Nov/Dec 2023) is amazing! You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and you are kept in the loop with the status of your medications. I stay with Hayat Pharmacy in Cudahy, because the level of customer service she provides is so rare in this day of age! Other pharmacist's and pharmacy's treat you like nothing more than a number and care more about their bottom line, then actually connecting with you as a patient. Hayat in Cudahy, has had one other Pharmacist of this amazing caliber since they've opened, and that is what initially drew me in. However, as stated above, they've also had lulls in their staff when they use temporary fill-ins. As long as they continue to maintain their current level of customer service at this location, I will continue to go here and also direct my family and friends to this location if they are in need of a great pharmacy. Please keep up the great work and great customer service experience!"

"Absolutely the best pharmacy in the area. Customer service is phenomenal. If you need prescription medication and do not want the hour long waits that the other area pharmacies put you through, get your medication here. The pharmacist, Cathy, is the best I have ever dealt with in my life. Hayat is a great pharmacy!!"

"Reading many of the other reviews here, I felt compelled to share my experience. Hayat in Cudahy is breath of fresh air. It's location is perfect for my family and I. Recently, the cudahy location had to temporarily close and when I first was informed, I got nervous that it was going to permanently close. Its very challenging to find a pharmacy and pharmacist you feel comfortable with in today's age. The head pharmacist Kathy, is wonderful! She shows urgency and is very kind. She has amazing customer service and a great relationship with her clients. If you live in the area, and you are looking for a top notch pharmacy, I can't recommend Hayat in Cudahy enough. I'll tell you, I've moved all my business to this location!"
