"2-stars for terrible service at the vacaville branch. 1-star goes to the Davis branch for goofing up my check order causing a 6 week delay. I could not find a pen in the vacaville branch! I really needed a pen to endorse a bunch of checks. I did however, find lots of useless promotional flyers and glossy brochures."
"I am very very disappointed with vacavilles golden 1 customer service. I called to make sure I could do an in bank share transaction and was told yes. I arrived with a check to deposit and was told I needed to use ATM. I think the employees are too lazy to go out of their way for customers who are supposed to be able to conduct share branch transactions. I think my bank would not like knowing that the banks they partner with are turning their customers away."
"Just went here for shared banking into another credit union and the teller was quite rude. She seemed flustered and pretty rude. I’ve come here before for banking and had a pretty good experience until now. Hence the 2 stars and not 1. Sorry to see that their quality of service has gone down quite a bit."
