"Over the years I have talked to many different professional insurance agents, but I have never felt that anyone provided the professional expertise that Jonathan did. For the first time I didn't question whether I had made the right decision. This is my 4th change since I enrolled in Medicare, and I never felt really good about the decision. I was promised that the agent would be available going forward to help with any questions or concerns I might have. So I went with their suggestions, and except for my decision to change from WellCare to Aetna, but had to give up when I bought my home in a different county.
