"Very nice staff in the drive up but one of my prescriptions was delayed nearly a week--was out of stock. It's not an in-demand new drug, it's an old tried and true. This has happened more times than I can count! It's frustrating because I drive 20 minutes to pick it up and I'm never notified it's not in stock."

"Again this month same pharmacist on Washington Ave gave me the same difficult problem and wanted to charge wrong price on medication!!!! I have spoken to the supervisor once and promised action and apology!!! Went again same problem with pricing. Would not process my prescription from last refill date. Basically accused me of abusing. I have Ms and it is difficult for me to stop in every day. Absolutely horrible customer service. Finally transferred prescriptions to Walgreens. Walgreens contacted them for my list of medications. The only gave them 2 of my 12 prescriptions. Again, not accommodating at all!! So happy to have made the decision to switch. Buyer beware!!!"

"The techs are nice but the pharmacist will bite your head off for using the curbside, or trying to anyhow I should say. Half the time the number on the sign just rings until you hit a full voice mail box and the other half, it just plain doesn’t work. Every single time I’ve done a curbside pick up of medicine in this pandemic I’ll try the number on the sign a few times and then just go through the phone tree on the main store number. Anyhow, I’m writing this review in between attempts to get them to answer the phone for curbside pickup. And good luck by the way, getting one of the curbside spots if you’re not there 30 minutes before the pharmacy opens, because everyone just uses them as normal parking."

"I should’ve checked the reviews on this pharmacy before driving an hour there. I arrived to do a Covid test- I scheduled it a week ago for an upcoming surgery, the test/results, need to be performed and received in a certain time frame. I had the confirmation on my phone and they couldn’t find it in their system and basically said it wasn’t their problem. They didn’t offer to help, but more “sorry about your luck.” Due to this, with how long results are taking to come back, I may have to postpone my surgery that is out of state- this includes rescheduling flights, care for my daughter, after surgery care, a rental car, etc. To them it was a boo boo on their pet- to me it impacts my life. Do not come here. They couldn’t care less."
