"They're so rude here, and rip you off when you make a free Amazon return. I had to pay $7 for an envelope. They don't tell you the price until after you use packaged something, so if you want a cheaper envelope you'd have to pay for the one they make you use. I would only go if you are desperate."

"RECOMMENDATION: STAY AWAY!!! There is a reason they have such a low rating - please do not do not deal with this store if you care about your packages. The staff is very rude but worst of all they are either negligent or dishonest at work. Today I was charged backed for 2 products because they never sent it. I'm extremely frustrated by this store and I'll never ever use them again. STAY AWAY!!!"

"Person behind the counter was busy when I walked up- he didn't acknowledge me smile or anything that recognized that I was a customer. He took my package, and gave me a receipt. I said thank you he said nothing. I won't go to the store again. There are many others that are much more pleasant."
