"Came here for my birthday. Jin was MVP, juggling the kitchen and front desk while making sure they had what we need. I can't personally eat anything because of celiacs, but it you come earlier in the day, the green tea goes down well with singing。"
"Absolute garbage treatment from staff. Wouldn’t honor our birthday reservation for 9 people. We were maybe 10 mins late tops. Then tells us it’s a 90 minute for my birthday. Cold reaction didn’t even care. Really uncool and just sad to see people treated this way. Really disrespectful treatment the way front desk handled it. Thumbs down."

"honestly so disappointed. had my group put in queue hours before and our time kept getting pushed back. then the employee working gave our room away (in front of us) and told us we still had to wait rather than correct his mistake. kept giving us wait times but also saying theres no set time on when we would go in?? the queue literally does not matter because they'll just give rooms away even when we were there in time for our reservation/room. i get that it was a busy saturday but at least do ur job correctly or problem solve better than telling us to deal with it and wait."
