"I had quick awesome experience while store was very busy with this store location, there was only one person working the entire store yet this customer service representative was apologizing for the waiting as she was just finding out about having to work alone but service was quick and easy. I applied before online and showed my copy of my email an the loan wasn't ever actually successful online to send the loan to my bank account as I explained why needed to show up to the store location as online wasn't working yet gave me a congratulations email as supposedly my online application was successful an submitted this was a great experience with all my needs taken care of the entire way this person who was working was extremely helpful and able to handle the store location with only working alone it's unfortunate that sometimes this happens with one person working alone this person was extremely awesome and pleasant to deal with good experience throughout the visit online was horrible experience for me and made me need to visit in store I wanted to be sure this person who worked that day stand out in the company did a great super job with all the things needed for myself and others great day I left feeling well cared for during my visit"
