"If I could give this zero stars I would ! The lady tonight charged me 210 to go up the hill which is fine. But when I wanted to get out maybe 4/5 miles up the road she got an attitude and charged me $105 anyway !!! Completely unprofessional! Idk how to get into contact with the manager so I hope he or she sees this! I was stranded 2+ hours away from home and this lady had no compassion what’s so ever. I offered to pay her $50 for the maybe 5 minute ride up the street and she still argued me down and demanded she kept half ! I have the voice recording of the entire interaction !!"
"I needed to be picked up from Arrowhead regional medical center. I am a special needs individual the driver got there quick and came up to my floor and room. Then wheeled me to his car and drove me to my drop-off and helped me inside. This is a super helpful cab service will be using them again. Thanks to the young man that helped me"
