"I love the efficiency of this DHL outlet. After researching several locations wherein I could trust my family's precious documents to send out overseas, THIS place consistently answered the phones for questions BY the owner himself AND it felt safe that he has had an ongoing relationship with DHL for 20+ years! Other DHL outlets closer to where I live never answered their phones or had questionable dependability. In the middle of a busy work day, it was worth it driving the extra few miles."

"My wife was not able to get a simple finger print verification with a temporary DMV license and secondary forms of ID. The DMV had no problem accepting her valid passport with her maiden name and marriage certificate as proof of identity. We called the Sheriff’s office they were Ok with it too but were closing. Finally UPS was still open and she had no trouble getting fingerprinted. For whatever reason this Pak Mail location failed to follow standard state level practices and lost our business, in our own home town."

"Very good service. Polite and friendly service. No long lines. Faxes are only a $1 a page. I call ahead to make sure someone is there and there not too busy. Downtown and very convenient for me to go too. Parking not easy sometimes but well worth going. It's next to Starbucks across Main St. Martinez"
