I moved some of my contracts to other agencies through the year, but I came back to AGA. Thank you AGA."

"Where do I begin? This company is a Cinderella story nightmare for a FMO. I want to make sure that the one thing you get from this is do your research and don't rush in contracting with any FMO.I have been bait and switched, torch passed and hurt by their lack of compassion they have with myself and others agents that I currently work with. My RSM had no clue what she was doing and the one I currently am under has not reached out to me once to see how with any support for questions I needed in enrollment of clients. Phones never work and emails are unresponsive. It seems that they spend more time doing mixers and corporate events than actually working with their agents. If it wasn't for my current upline support from another FMO and Facebook groups, I would be so lost in this AEP. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH AGA. Dump truck firm."

"I would never work for this company ever again! They promise a full time work load 9-5pm , and every single day was early out. 9-11 am or 9-1pm . They are not organized and don't even train accordingly. They confuse you on how too work the APPS & train for a day. Nothing went as planned, and i was fired in a week. They said assignments ended, and say "you're not fired ". They waste your time, then want you too return their laptops and monitors in a day. Very Unprofessional work space!"

"The owner responded below but the email address is invalid. I tried sending multiple emails to the email address provided below and they all bounce back. This is really ridiculous Please be careful with this company as they do not follow through with their own employees, so imagine what they are saying to clients. They have 1 good employee but everyone else is non existent. My upline agency already released me but the company refuses to let me go even though I did no business in over 7 months with them this is awful. I will now have to get law involved since my upline released me but they refuse to."
