"Brought in 3 packages to be returned to a vendor. One needed to be taped closed. All I had was a screenshot of a return Q-Code that had been texted to me. (I was dropping them off for someone else) The person scanned it and told me..." I'll take care of everything." Printed out a drop off receipt for me & I was on my way. Super fast, super easy. Zero cost."

"Be wary of this UPS store. The manager told me that I couldn't forward mail to one of their boxes temporarily and then shut the forward off so the mail would go back to my original permanent address. I tried to explain to her that I did exactly that two years ago and, in fact, was told by the post office to do that. She couldn't or wouldn't understand and insisted that she was right. Gave me a really uncomfortable feeling. If she's this ignorant about this, what else does she not understand? I will not used this UPS store in the future. I called the USP store on Farmer's Lane, and they were only too happy to help me. I'll be going there from now on."
