"So I showed up at this store today-a Sunday-your website said you were open-when I got there the employee that was working said I could not get a P.O. Box today because the owner wasn’t in! The website should state That!!! The employee looked at me with a tough luck look and attitude !!!! I will come back tomorrow-to another location-that is interested in my business!!!!! I am really tired of the attitude businesses have like “oh well too bad” all you can do is take your business elsewhere!!!!"

"Because I am disabled with mobility issues, I wouldn't have been able to get into this place without the assistance of my caregiver. There's no adjacent parking close by. The front door is difficult to open with no disabled access button. I'd go elsewhere, given the chance. This is a bad location, even for "normies," due to the parking situation..."

"Made an appointment online for a notary service and on arrival to the UPS store, the notary wasn't there and wasn't due back. This leaves me in a bind and how unprofessional. I would fire that worker and get someone dependable, unless he's been in a car accident on his way to work or his house burned down in the middle of the night."
