"First off, I came in yesterday (3/17/23) to see if they could refill a medication that I need to be able to function properly. However, the staff member, Frank, stated that it is on a nationwide backorder and they wouldn’t have it for a while with the rudest and most condescending attitude. That was a complete lie! I easily found it at a smaller family owned pharmacy within a few phone calls. Secondly, the attitude that was condescending was uncalled for. I do not appreciate being talked down to how he did so. Thirdly, they said that the medication cannot be auto-refilled due to the fact that it is a controlled substance. That was not the case that I was trying to ask. I was attempting to ask if my prescriber had put in orders for me to be able to request it to be refilled when necessary as she was going on maternity leave. So for Frank to give me attitude and start walking away before I was finished asking him the question was totally unacceptable. Also, I was told that it has been on backorder for at least two months, so whomever the older lady is that I talked to last month about my prescription lied to me. She stated last month that they haven't received the prescription yet. It is not hard to tell the truth. Don't lie to your consumers!"

"Over Charge Beware Crooks i have been using good RX for years with this pharmacy and asked the guy if he was using the good RX price for my prescription and he said yes. I thought i could trust him and paid him then i found out he way overcharged from the good RX price and he said you accepted it to bad. These people can not be trusted."

"Love how my insurance excludes all other pharmacies so Meijer can get my scrip money, except.... THEY NEVER HAVE THE MEDICATIONS! Who does the ordering?? The last 4 prescriptions for my kids or me have not been available here. How do they not have stuff for ear infections?? So then I have to pay out of pocket for medicine! They are so slow here! Real annoying that I had to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru before being helped with my sick kid in the car only to be told they don't have it. Do better!"
