"It’s not a bad bank but it ain’t reliable when it comes to getting your money back from crooked sites, If you’re simplistic and like debt and don’t expect to make a lot of business in life this credit union is for you, I had some purchases made on my account and they never helped me get those resolved, I contacted them and told them the situation, I was duped and was not taken seriously as previsional credit was overturned, I wouldn’t choose a bank that would turn their back on you, especially when things get serious, words matter in this country, everything you say and do, and fraud won’t be taken lightly, after 5 years, 23 now, of being a member, I highly suggest going to a different credit union and changing banks and avoiding this one if you can, don’t be surprised when they don’t help you when Illegal activity is going on, 235$ may not be a lot but I know those direct deposits is something they like, but I won’t be staying here any longer. I’ll write google reviews as well, This will make way for a new credit union and better bank. I should have changed years ago."

"Redwood is Amazing, Specifically Josh! I tell you his head is on a swivel. He is great with managing customers when the line is getting long yet he still takes the time with each member! I am always happy to wait because I know the service will be well worth it. Give him a raise!!"

"RCU ends up taking care of what it needs to but they always have such long lines/wait times and don’t always have understanding people (though sometimes they do!). Unless you expect to use your debit card with them as a regular form of payment, and do not foresee needing to interact with them in person, do yourself a favor and bank with Sonoma Federal Credit Union. They are much more friendly there and so helpful. Much less crowded and they have better rates/a more reliable online platform."

"Redwood as a whole is great. This location just seems to have a tremendous amount of people in it every single day compared to the other branches. I'm assuming it's due to being the only one on that side of town. But geez. Sometimes i travel farther to a different location in order to avoid lines."

"It is probably the best place to do your banking. Their programs are just straight-up better than everyone elses. All credit unions are better than big banks, and this is the best credit union. That being said, there is always a very long line here to see a teller, and they often do not have all their teller stations manned, and that annoys the hell out of me."
