"Very disappointed to hear that my elderly mother had an appointment for a vaccine that was confirmed but she showed up at that time and the employee very dismissively told her that she ran out. No apology, no explanation, nothing. Very rude and unprofessional. Why have appointments if you don't honor them and don't have enough? They didn't even call to tell her ahead of the appointment. They left a voicemail at the exact time of the appointment. It's really too bad because my mom is a very loyal customer. What happened??"

"Small, local business offering great service! I would much rather meet my pharmacy needs here than at a big box chain. Prescriptions are always ready in no time and they have a decent selection of over-the-counter meds and personal care products, including a fair selection of natural and allergy-friendly options. If they don't have what you are looking for, they are happy to order it or direct you where else you might find it. It's worth spending a little more time and/or money to make a stop here versus any other big box pharmacy."
"I am so grateful that this neighborhood pharmacy is still with us. I use the post office services (domestic only) very often. They have a nice selection of greeting cards and OTC medications. And....penny candy! The kids from Randall and Blessed Sacrement come by after school with their coins and it is adorable. Everyone is so nice that works there."
