"Well I give Dr Alina 5 stars but there has been a turn over in staff which there customer service was not the greatest when it was time to get glasses! I have been there many times my husband also we have always purchased our glasses with them but not this time! The person they gave me at the end did not seem to know much at all barely communicated with me and when I asked a question she definitely didn't know answers quickly and was very unhelpful and I just paid for my prescription and went to eyeglass factory and got much much better service!! But overall they usually have good service but not the day I went!! Mostly there staff are pretty good unfortunately they lost a customer!!"
